Winter in Montreal is full of surprises and one of them is undoubtedly Igloofest.
This outdoor electronic music festival with high voltage energy is the way par excellence to beat the grey and cold of the Québec winter.

On the Quays of the Old Port, over several weekends — the coldest of January and February—, this urban happening for grownups offers a wide, tempting slate of artists. Formula 1 Weekend Montreal
The annual Canadian Grand Prix is considered by many as the unofficial kickoff to summer festival season in Montreal. The Montreal Jazz Fest holds the 2004 Guinness World Record as the world's largest jazz festival. Every year it features roughly 3,000 artists from 30-odd countries, more than 650 concerts (including 450 free outdoor performances), and welcomes over 2 million visitors (12.5% of whom are tourists) as well as 300 accredited journalists. The Montreal International Jazz Festival generated $50.5 million in economic spinoffs in 2019, according to a study commissioned by the festival and conducted by accounting firm KPMG. Juno Week Ottawa
The Juno Awards of 2017, honouring Canadian music achievements, were presented in Ottawa, Ontario the weekend of 1–2 April 2017. The ceremonies were held at the Canadian Tire Centre in Kanata and followed by a week of musical celebrations in venues across the National Capital Region.
